Angela Kaufman

Angela Kaufman has been a writer, speaker and certified intuitive consultant. She is also a licensed clinical social worker as well as a registered astrologer and an activist. She is a Psychic certified Medium, and Reiki practitioner, and also an Ordained Minister. Kauffman earned a name in Italy for her work as a portrait artist. Her work also included historical paintings. In 1765, she was appointed to Rome's Accademia de San Lucia. This is a testament to her achievements. Angelica Kauffman only spent 15 years in England, but she made the London art scene of the 18th century. She was one of two women who founded the Royal Academy. Angelica Kauffman passed away on 5 November 1807 aged 66. Liz Powers, as well as Spencer Powers, founded ArtLifting earlier in the month of November 2013. Kauffman became acquainted with the British community in Rome as she moved to Rome on January 17, 1763. After a few months the family returned back to Naples in which Kauffman continued her art and learned English. There Kauffman took classes in the works of The Old Masters and had her initial painting shown at the public gallery in London.
